What is best way to do PROVING GROUNDS?

Is there a botbase that does "PROVING GROUNDS" quest?
Is there a botbase that does the various quests offered in the garrison (not the follower quests or the profession quests but the garrison battle quests)?

Since, nobody has responded, I will state what I have discovered so far. I noticed in the premium (paid) CRs that I am using, many of them have a selection for running PROVING GROUNDS. So, I tried it yesterday. Silver was easy, but gold sometimes had to be run more than once.

Was just gonna say.. some CR's have settings for Proving Grounds. I know Leafs does if your a druid. Usually I just do them using Combat Bot. Managed to get gold DPS the other day using TuanHa's Hunter Paid CR and Combat Bot.

As for the invasion quests.. I haven't found anything that can do those.
