bot's already level to 85
but as far as panda stuff... it depends if hawker has me do panda beta, or if we're waiting for release
regardless, it takes about a day to develop per zone, 2-3 days for a big zone. Then add in vehicles / hard quests userdialog --> behaviors

think what he was trying to say is... when it comes out... the new zones the new expansion etc.. will it affect the 1-85 profiles? will they need to be edited? incase they make changes to the zones.. I think that's what he was meaning.
As long as the 1-85 zones won't be changed, the profiles will remain the same. Eventually , the questing profiles will skip some quests beacuse of we'll need less xp to level up.

It will take long to patch the programm, some months...

It's never taken that long to patch HB/GB for the new expansions. It may take a week or two, at the most, but generally they get it up and running as fast as humanly possible. At the risk of being wrong, I think it usually takes like 3 to 4 days, maybe at the worst a week, for them to get it updated and working.

Btw I would love to see a CC changer in HB without to restart when MoP launches
