What happens to auctions on a banned account?

As title says; What happens?

I had just begun to dump my full reagent bank on 8+ characters on the auction house the day before the banwave occurred. Had a full mailbox of expired items and sold items. Will they last for a month and disappear, will I loose all my mats? I don't really care either way, the garrison missions alone (~10 minutes of manual mission starting a day) was enough to make the game F2P for me, which is all I ever wanted. I'm mostly curious.
 
They will go to your Mailbox, after the auction expires including the gold for any auction that was successful .

It will sit there for 30 days.. They expire, and you will loose it all..

I have about 240k of gold waiting to be claimed from BOE's that we acquired during a Mythic progression raid team..

I've expressed this to a GM, they explained there is possibility we may be able to recovery it, But its unlikely and we wont know until I get my account back in November...
 
Yes considering they where not mine to sell, But rather the guilds I was selling there behalf.

Go on Bnet, chat with a GM, if you're kind enough, he will get the items from your mail/ah and put it in your bank. Want proof? here it is, WORKED for me!

GM-Name: I can help with this situation as I will take the mails out of your mailbox for you. I just need to get myself setup on my side to get this done for you.

This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hi there,

As mentioned in our conversation, we are not able to remove the suspension that has been applied. However; I was able to ahead and get the mails taken and place in your inventory and bank,

I hope that the suspenison will be reviewed and it will be removed, so you can get back to playing. However; for now just be patient.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this whole situation has caused you.

Well, I wont be bothering either way :P But good to know for anyone else who might have issues with it.

yea me to, but if you want to get an higher success rate call them. I have had many accounts back with doing this, but didn't work this time because they saw that I used HB.
 
ya, i did the same and they picked the mail for me aswell 2 days ago. i use the mail as bank =p
 
Did you just open a ticket or talk to someone in chat? I opened a restoration ticket and they closed it with no reply. lmao. Never even used HB for auctions, didn't use it for the items I was selling at that particular time either.
 
I can confirm this. I did it myself. I knew that I had several valuable items in my mailbox on one of my toons. I contacted a GM and he took it out for me and put it in my bags.

they won't restore items on your suspended account they will get your mail for you though.
 
submitted a ticket asking to collect all my expired auctions on my bank toon and got a reply in 6 minutes from GM:

Hey there !

Game Master here! I'm sorry for the delay, and that I was unable to speak with you directly about retrieving the mail from your <Bank Character>. Thank you for your patience.

I went ahead and retrieved all the items that you had in your mail and put them in your inventory.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, and I do hope that you have a good day.

They will keep it in your bag, if you have enough bag space. Otherwise, it will be in your bank. If that's full as well, then I am not sure. lol

My name is <insert WoW Gm Name> and i have been investigating your case.
I was not able to speak to you online so I send you this letter.
When an Account is banned there will be no way in changing stuff on this account and all mail that will be deleted is gone. As i saw its also not the first time your Account was caught and we see this now as our final answer to this case.

The GM can only recover items that got expired in a mailbox up to MAX 3 months. I am 200% sure of this. And since we're banned for 6 months, its very likely we will lose it, unless you plan it out perfectly, like, let a GM recover the items after 3 months (it should still have time left due the 1 month it had sit in the mail), than again after 3 months you ask the gm to recover your mail, and than when you're able to access your account again your mail should be there.

Thats the only solution you have.
