What does "Works best with Tyrael in Dungeon" mean?

Is it automated or do I still need to move my character and cast one spell before it auto casts?

Enyo does not provide movement. some CRs get around this, most won't. There used to be a plugin called IWantMovement, or something similar. but i dont know the current state of that plugin.
most CR's have an option to force combat, others you may have to initiate combat with ranged classes.

What it means is that his routine works best when the player moves the character and lets Enyo do the combat, simple as that.
Well does it know when to attack and heal? Or do I have to initiate it first?
If in combat, the cc will start to heal.Ill try to help you more when i get home
