What do you do with your gathered herbs?

I know what to do with me saronite - I just smelt and vendor, but what should I do with my herbs? I get loads every day and they aren't easy to sell, I dont want to sell them on the AH as I literally have almost a full guild bank (like 4 tabs) full with just Icethorn and Lichbloom - is there anything that I can do with them that's quick and easy? What do you do?

You could look for an Alchemist and have them turned into Flasks. Everybody who raids need the flasks. Or maybe potions?
