what computer language does honorbuddy profiles use?

wasnt sure where to post this im very interested to find out what the computer language of honorbuddy profiles use

profiles use XML formatted data, Honorbuddy itself is in C# with slight touch of C++ in some libs, plugins/botbases are mainly C#.
