What botbase for interacting and fishing?

If one would want a bot to interact with certain objects that spawn in random places, and do fishing. Without pools. What would the easiest way be? Professionbuddy, Questingbuddy?
Also I've forgotten how to replace to the "navigate to" with interact with mob id. Any help is highly appreciated!
