What area's are being revamped in Cataclysm?

I am just wondering what area's are being revamped in Cataclysm.

My main concern is that for example that STV will be revamped and that the Hyacinth Macaw will no longer be farmable and that those which are left will mean the prices will be driven through the roof. Does anyone know if this is the case?
