What am I doing wrong? [DB not working]

I have tried for the last 3 days non stop to get either the Core farm or sarkath farm working for me.
I use a demon hunter with stats:
20k HP
24k DMG
176% GF
13.0 Radius

On core the bot usually gets stuck next to the entrance to azmodan fight, and on sarkath I get a some error's, e.g "unable to create a game while the party is performing another operation", but mainly gets stuck in random spots.
Can anyone help me?

EDIT: added screenshot of the spot I ALWAYS get stuck at in the core farm.

In /Demonbuddy/Logs folder.
Make a new game, using the most recent release of Demonbuddy, should be version 1.0.462.95.
Then attach those to your post.

Is there a link to the current build download? or is it still the old one that auto patches? I've reinstalled from that one. That was After RMAH patch.

16 mins in the bot freezes and the toon dies. Thats the only problem.. Either there isnt away to respawn yet or this profile simply doesnt include it but it means It can't be afk'd for me.

And then eventually the game connection lost error..
