im trying to buy a custom built pc for a decent price, can anyone recommend a site plz.

n plz dnt say alienware

go to newegg grab all the parts you need and put it together, 100 percent of the other custom built sites are complete garbage please dont make them money by buying a comp from them.

cyberpowersystem seems pretty good know alot of people that purchased from there.

Where are you from ? I would recommend places based on your location. I build custom computers myself, buying from a store or a website is a rip off for sure.

Bestbuy sells gaming desktops on their website, ranging anywhere from alienware, cyberpower, etc...

Always best to build your own PC though.

This, but then again.. If you don't know that newegg is the go-to spot for 99% of parts, then you probably have never built a good PC. :P

Although personally I prefer a PC without a case like the Air Mesh Case, since it's mostly to do with environment anyway... Watercooling on the GPU and CPU with a almost no case is the best way since you can replace parts, I always seem to want to open the case because it does make a temp difference.

Instead of battling the room temps, you should work with them.

ty for the feedback.

yes i heard of new egg before but i just dnt feel like taking on another project right now with buy every single part n putting it together myself.

ive bought my custom pc about 4-5 years ago, from a local shop in my old neighborhood. for around a thousand dollars and its still holding up pretty good, can run 2 d3 clients max settings without problems.

ive been thinking to now maybe getting a laptop since this desktop is still good n i have no room to put a second one in. so laptop is the way to go for me right now, i need one that can handle 3 D3 clients no problem for around $800

This. I've built EVERY one of my PC's myself over the last 15 years from them, (back when Newegg was a brick and mortar store and the internet didn't exist)

If you want, tell me what things you want the PC to do, what your budget is, what pieces you can salvage from other PC's you already have ( like Hard Drives, CD/DVD drives) and I can make a wishlist for your custom PC on newegg for you to look at.

Otherwise, if you don't want to make it yourself ( which costs about 1/3 the amount of a "custom built" pc by others) and you don't like Alienware ( I don't either) you could try Geekbox | Gaming Computers, Powerful Workstations, Custom Built in USA But you can get all the same parts (except for the case) on Newegg for less and build it yourself.

My current build I built for only $1200 from Newegg, just built my wifes for $350

I can always build it for you if you want and ship it to ya :)

newegg is the way to go, but sometimes amazon has the same product but for 10% cheaper; I use both, but i 95% of the time shop on newegg first bc it's easier to search vs amazon

Newegg, tigerdirect. If you are lazy and dont mind dropping $600-$800 more than parts for a premade, alienware.
