What 2 professions can/should I max out before MoP?

So I was Scroll of Res'd and got a new 80 to 85, now I need to get professions maxed! And I wanna make that Pandacraft mooooooonaaaaay!

I have a second toon that I xfered my friends server with maxed Mining + Blacksmithing so I don't want either of those.. (Also, that will be the char I bot primarily. Going to have lots of Mining mats 24/7.)

I was thinking Jewelcrafting since I have the Mining? But dunno what to take for the other one.. I have gold saved up (25k) so if I needed to I could buy a bunch of mats and get the skill up, but I dont wanna waste all my savings before MoP!!!

Also, I'm kinda oldschool (2010) so I've no idea about ProfessionBuddy and such.. seems like it's broken because of the panda update anyways? Sadface.

Alchemy is going to make a lot on patch and incription cause of shoulder enchants as well. Transmute spec works the best

What mastery though? Potions, Transmutations, or Elixirs? Thanks!

Alchemy is an issue - since you cant get the Transmutation Mastery before the exp. It requires Living Steel.. Same with elixir and potion. Cant be completed before the expantion

hmmm for MoP wich Profession is difficuilt becouse all Jobs give you nice stuff.. as example you can make "BoE Mounts" with JC with MoP.. but how the ppl said.. you will make TONS of gold faster with Alchemy transmute.. (most likly becouse of Transmute 24h CD) but the prices of those mats will fall as soon allot ppl got it again

at the beginning of MoP you will make Gold ANYway a fuck lot wich ANY prof.. we need to wait till it settled itself and the AH prices are not jumping between 5g-400g as ATM the sockets and uncut gems (on my realm its like that atm)
