Well it finally happened... Banned. Edit: Convinced Blizz to Reopen Account!
So for the first time since 2011, I got a perma ban on my "botting account." I lost two lvl 90s and about 5k, that's all. I shouldn't complain, I've botted more than 25 characters from 1-90 and have made probably close to 700-800k gold. Currently, I have a guild bank with over 100k gold in it and characters from multiple accounts in the guild, so I still have access to gold and stuff from my main account. I'm curious though... maybe I could appeal and ask for a lesser sentence? Maybe a suspension instead of Account Closure? That seems to be happening a lot lately.
After being banned, I honestly don't even feel like playing WoW anymore - with or without honorbuddy. I thought of cancelling my subscription on my main account and filling out the survey saying, "My second account was banned and I just don't feel like playing anymore. This ban has set me back a lot of money and I don't feel loyal to a company that refuses to give second chances." <--- not that it would do anything.
