Weird wow error now can't log in to HB

Tried to log in to wow earlier and was getting a weird error where all the realm names were red but up and when i tried to log in it would instantly disconnect. the fix was to remove the wow cache folder and the interface folder.

Since then i cannot log in to HB and keep getting the following.
