Weird Honorbuddy issue

Hello I used honorbuddy in the past and it worked great, but just yesterday I downloaded honorbuddy and whenever I start it up even when in-game I get no auth pop or any login pop it starts up and in a blink of a eye I assume its the config that pops up and then it closes leaving honorbuddy just sitting there not able to do anything or click anything on the program itself.
 
In a split second on the top left corner a box pop ups that says
From web source
recent
and then it closes out and leaves honorbuddy just sitting there empty
