Weird Guild Bank Problem.

A customer of mine.. has access to everything in the guild bank.. all bank tabs.. and all the guild gold.
He told me he can see everything in the guild bank but can't withdraw items or gold.
He's taken out 100k in 3 weeks and there's 85k in the guild bank he also wants.

I've invited new toons to the guild from my different accounts given them the same access he has and I have no problem taking out items or gold.

I don't know what's going on.
Did GM's "lock" his account or something?

I kicked and re-invited didn't work. Then I made him GM didn't work. I made a new guild and made him GM also.. and no go... then he goes "is there a gold cap?" I'm like yeah.... he was at the cap so I told em to mail gold to his main.

Yes the gold cap is 214748 gold 36 silver 47 copper

2^31 the max of an signed int. Not sure why they would have money signed, not like you can have negative money.

I wish i had a customer like yours... first time i tried private buyer i got scammed .. how does he pay you? and if through paypal; how does the transaction go?
