hello, im french and sorry for my english noob !

i pay 1 month for HB, and we know we dont cant use HB because 24/24h release !

what you waiting for ? or at least say you are in !

I am very disappointed ... ***** and all bot are online ! HB the supposedly best not ...

We pay for the safest bot, that is tested in all ways so our accounts have minimum risk of being banned, this costs some more time to develop / test / adjust. If you want a bot that always works go ahead and get a lesser bot. Have fun with your banned account!
 
Exactly....Ive been a loyal HB user since its first release in 2010, there have been times the bot was down for over a week, however that's a week I had to actually play the game...OH NO I actually had to PLAY the game I pay for....Calm your panties the HB dev's are working on it as fast and as diligently as they can. A "Stable" release is what they are shooting for as well as having our accounts safety top priority!

I just love how angry you are with your response. lol
 
You pay for the best and safest bot, if it takes week to update then so be it. How about you actually play the game for the time being instead of rushing the devs that clearly know what they are doing?
 
Uhm guys,not to be a troll.... but botting is never safe.But they try to do their best to make it bug free so you wont be reported on that.But remember botting is never safe.even with HB.Keep that in mind.
 
If you don't like your account im sure there are other bots out there you can use. Me personally im glad they take their time in testing before they release something thats going to get people banned and people upset.
 
when the bot comes back up, if your worried about the time on your key you can e-mail support and ask for it to be extended.

other then that, this is not a support issue. updates take time and unfortunately we dont get to pick and choose when blizzard does updates.
