Apparently blizzard isnt letting me create any new accounts? i keep getting this "We are sorry, but you are not eligible to register"
anyone know how they are detecting me? i alrdy tried deleting cookies, history etc and using a vpn

Maybe you've used an email already registered, or an email provider blocked by Blizzard, or your address is invalid (in US btw it's illegal to give wrong data by purpose)...

I get that message as soon as I click create new account.. doesnt let me fill anything in. Im just curious how they are detecting me.

Maybe you're not the only one using that VPN for WoW, and they do know botters use that VPN for doing stuff. Or you're using simply a public proxy, they are usually blocked.
