WD spamming acid cloud

How to I stop the WD from spamming acid cloud? I went into the trinity settings and opened the advanced variable configurator. I found the delay under wd acid cloud and it was set to 5 milliseconds. I changed it to 2000 so that it would only use acid cloud every 2 seconds, but he still just spams. I saved and closed, restarted DB, and it still spams. The default and profile value still say 5. I tried to check the box that allows the profile to change it, but i could not access that. Any suggestions? I thought that it would be straight forward to adjust this

Hopefully I am not the only one using a WD. The other skill I have is piranhado.

Noticed something else. I can not change anything under the advanced variables tab. It will let me change values, but when I check default and profile value, they are always on the default and not what I changed them to. For instance I changed the mana reserve from 0 to 100 and it still constantly goes to 0 and then does not have enough for piranhado. I am currently using the rift profile and act 1 bounties, same result. Anyone care to chime in?

I was told to post in Trinity because it is probably a Trinity problem. This has had some views and I am sure I am not the only one having issues. I was hoping to get some comments or suggestions from the devs, thank you.
