It kind of depends on your build.
If you're using the helltooth gargantuan build, possibly yes.
The primary DPS dealer is an NPC that stays at your enemy and you don't typically have other skills that require you to be close. Of course, there seems to be some issues with the bot casting certain WD skills ATM, which could be an issue.
