WD and Gargantuan?

Hey there,

Running latest trinity and using the ghom instant leave profile and noticed that it never summons the gargantuan during the fight.
Why is that? How can I fix it?

EDIT: Does the 20% additional dmg on hexed targets work on Ghom? even though he doesn't get hexed animation-wise? or at all.
Also mass confusion with paranoia (20% dmg to the ones confused) doesn't seem to work. it completely blacks out the combat routine. Doesn't cast a single spell if I have it.
