I'm glad so many are discouraged about making money in d3. Less competition for those of us with a less pessimistic outlook. Win win.
I am so glad many are still searching for the sangreal of moneymaking in D3 and stay away from the games where money can be made!
so my best wishes to all of you, and i may cite obama for all of you: "yes, we can!"
especially if i see things like:
- using your gold to upgrade or modify things on other peoples accounts (if this will even be possible).
- selling runs through certain areas/instances due to high difficulty or items needed to unlock those areas.
- selling any unbinding items that can be salvaged into materials always in demand.
i know where peoples knowledge about the game comes from...
so 1 yellow item grants 1 yellow craft mat, small calcualtion:
current bank + inventory can hold 145 yellow items (2 squares of size)
lets say blizzard doubles the space (what it looks like), then we have 290 items
tears were sold for an average of 1500 gold (even lower before the pre ros patches)
lets triple the possible amount of gold a yellow craft mat will be theoreticaly worth, lets even say 5000g
now we gained 300 items x 5000 gold = 1.500.000 gold for a full stash + inventory of items
gold was worth after the hype 5 $/€ for 50.000.000 on peaks, which will decrease in worth due to the increased goldgain in RoS, but hey we keep that pricelevel for this calculation aswell, less pessimistic you know
so you just made 0,15 $/€ with a full inventory + bank of items, if you find a customer...
yep big money can be made, now i also wonder why so many people are discouraged about moneymaking in D3.
levelingservice, accountselling... i wish you lots of fun if you get the first complaints about banned or locked accounts from customers, or even the risk of getting sued and all that for just some bucks!
So, sorry if i can not see your win/win situation...
