Way to only opening Honorbuddy?

Hi. So, when i wanna use honorbuddy, the honorbuddy launcher comes up, duh. But when i press "Launch" not only will Honorbuddy open, but also a client for wow.

Is there a way for it to only launch honorbuddy? or is there a reason for both being launched at the same time?

use the exe instead not the launcher
