Was this a risky move?

So after my first day of using GB2 successfully, I gathered up all my nodes and mailed them to my alt to put on the AH. I ended up listing a total of 205 auctions.

Will I get banned? What will happen? Should I put a little less next time? Should I be worried about a ban hammer coming my way?

First I would try to get rid of that paranoia...

Even if there are a lot of people on the forum whining about how GB2 gets you banned, I still use it a few times a week, and was never banned.

Ok so I use GB2 everyday and have since Wrath I found personal buyers and not once have I been banned. I know ppl complain about GB2 but can say i have no issues. Just keep in mind make your own profile don't look like all the other ppl out there farming on the same profile dont' make them a short profile, dont' farm for extended amounts of time. i make 50k a week! Not alot but does what its their for. If you are that paranoid get a second account. But on the other hand yes that many AH at once is scary.

i think its more about player's misconceptions about botters. the first thing someone thinks when seeing 40 stacks of ore 'dang, that guy must be a botter' its what happens as a result that makes it hard to just post everything on the ah.

if your toon regularly posts 10-15 stacks of ore a day, then suddenly posts 25 stacks, people won't say much. if you come on the scene and suddenly post 40 stacks, then it looks obvious.

try to not draw attention to yourself

be aware: f2f trading 100 stacks of ore, or CODing 100 stacks is also a warning sign.

i have personally been banned immediately after trading off all my ore to a private buyer. twice, same server [alexstrazsa horde] a few others have reported being banned after answering trade chat requests to sell mass amounts of ore/herbs. im not saying its a guaranteed thing, im just saying it happens. so watch out.
