They change base on the fight. Just google warrior talents.

just keep in mind that cooldowns which require a good placement / timing are more likly to be wasted when you let the cc do everyting / run it full afk.
i.e. i have choosen stun because the ravager was to often misplaced and the bosses / trashmobs moved (just my thoughts)
on icy-veins.com / noxic.com you should find many informations about the talents and depending on what you use its also useful to check the tread of your combat routine and if you got problems -> ask there.
