Update is coming, bot will not be attachable until new version, you know the drill, don't panic.
 
** Incoming NA Region Update - 7:00am PDT 6/15/11 **
Good evening!

Tomorrow morning at 7:00am PDT [6/15/11], all NA shards will be coming down for a hotfix update. The estimated downtime for this is ** 30 minutes **.

In addition, the shards listed in the hardware maintenance thread below will remain down for the planned 2 hour hardware upgrades (with the same estimated completion time of 9:00am PDT):

so is the bot still safe to use atm? (the hotfix has been implemented and the servers are back up again)

EDIT - Bot isn't working. can't find any characters to attach the bot to.
 
Im new to this system, I use other systems on other games but what is the usual eta for getting things back up for these developers? Im still on my 24 hour trial membership so its wasting away =) Looks like i tried this out a day early (or late i guess)

Also, not sure this is hte right place to ask. But does this do anything other then afk roam, kill, farm, and loot? Which works great, but i havent found much in the way of, say a cleric healing their party or dps assisting the tank in a group setting. Ill look around a bit more. So far i like it. Thanks

Anywhere from 2-24 hours. Each time the bot has gone down they've compensated our subscriptions by longer than the downtime. Also this bot currently does more (and better) than any other Rift bot available. Warfront support is coming soon and dungeon/grouping (for dps and healers) will be after that.
 
Ahh so all this is really just starting to take shape. Nice. I like the afk grinding. Thats usually harder to set up then /target %tank /cast heal001. Nicely done. And thats good to know about the extended time. Im positive ill get a full membership, and its good to know that group functions will be coming soon. I have 3 accounts and really need/want something like this. Thanks for the info.
 
FFS its the same drill every wednesday morning people... just chill they will get it done fast or give you a free day, same thing different week

Does the dev here usually give out ETA on next update? I'm new here so dont rage
 
The devs have not stated anything yet so, we are in the dark about when the bot will be back up.
 
What they usually say is, we know it is down, we are working on it. They usually give no ETAs that I've seen. Probably next week when patch 1.3 comes out, that will be more of a pain in the ass to update than this I would guess.

Im chill as all hell. it bothers me people do this every week. ive got other things todo while the bots updated
