Warlock Singular - Need help with pets

Hey, I wanna use singular but when I farm lowlevel mobs my pets insta kills the targets before I even get a hit. I wanna have a Affliction or Demo specc that only uses Imp or if its possible only use normal pets but on defense? No pet attacking if it's nmot the imp then dots will have their first tic before getting het by Imp.

Im affraid of changing files my self and I dunno what file I shall change in singular (have been watching the files)
