When running 5 man dungeons with targeting turned on, Demonic keeps targeting the tank and I have to manually select the next target. It never did this before that I know of.

Attached the log, I ran with enyo in this log starting about line 1968.
Then you can see it keeps targeting the tank.

There's no optimal / cookie cutter settings. It varies fight to fight. You need to learn the interface and set it up for the fight really.

I see it with every group that I am in. Let me know if you want me to turn some more logging on and send it to you.

I think I found out how to reproduce this. I usually use dungeon buddy to queue and accept the queue, then once I am in the instance I switch to enyo. This is when I see this problem is when you switch between dungeon buddy and enyo repeatedly is when this occurs.

This is a problem that I am not sure you can solve.

When in destruction and at heavy AOE situation, with F&B active, with enough mobs in range the "rotation" (after we reach 30-35 emberbits) is F&B CB-Inci-CB-Inci and maybe a F&B confla in between. The problem is that its rotation is F&B CB-inci-inci-CB. The reason is incinerate travel time. So you have like 25 emberbits with a stack of F7B incinerates on its way to hit the mobs. The correct behavior is start casting CB. But it checks the embers, sees it is <three although the previous inci is travelling. You miss dps.

I hope I explained it well but I doubt there is a solution or it is worth trying to code a solution. Just pointed it out FYI.

When inside Gorefiends stomach, how is the routine behaving for you guys? I want to instantly use havoc and start killing asap, but the CR on its own seems kind of slow. Is it my setup/configuration? Should I keybind a burst key or aoe key? I want to wreck havoc in stomach basically
I'm not sure if I should go away from use DS:I on aura proc and monitor this myself and keybind Burst and AoE for more control.

Also, what trinkets do you guys use? I only have Sandman's Pouch(stage 5) as my proc trinket, and Prophecy of Fear as second (Iron Reaver on ST bosses).

On this. If you have the class trinket, the routine still tries to stack the debuff on mobs with low HP. Eg mobs in the stomach. The same with immolate. You do not need immolate for mobs that will die that fast!

How do i disable Human racial/undead racial? In some raids it is deadly since it gets used automaticly.

Besides that i am using the standard pve settings adjusted a little, is there anyone who did a hfc guide like in the last raids/expansions with demonic ?

I raided mythic HFC Ｍ1 yesterday,and my team LR asked me to cast on Specific mobs and I set AOE off and target Specific mobs but the cc still auto Dot other mobs. At last look skada Specific mobs DPS was so low, How can I setting it?

Kormrok fight affliction stutters on the hand stage it keeps spamming drain soul on the hands etc.

Same with Gorefiend, log comming up soon.

this routine is supposed to max dps! but for some reason afflic and destro to me just doesn't seem to perform the way it should. back when mop was and i bought this routine it was flawless now im just disappointed in it. the creator does not even make a guide for us for as in what are the best settings for max performance what spec and best setting for each spec for max dps we should be using for different bosses ect..... Millz i love your work man but you gotta give us paying customers an updated guide for best settings to use when raiding. 708 ilvl with no tier pieces and im doing 49k WTF

i use affliction for BG mostly and i was wondering if i can disable any specific spell from the rotation at all? for example seed of corruption, i want to disable this spell at all, couldn't find any option for this spell.
please advise if this possible and how to set it.

Disable AoE in the CR profile and save it.

this will disable the whole aoe rotation which is not good at all , i want to keep ability of aoe dots like corruption and agony, disabling the AOE will make it single target dmg, i tried it.

Same thing.4 piece tier 702 ilvl on aoe boss 50-55k.Solo target for example Zakyn heroic 36k aflictoin,34k destraction,it's awful.Next time will post the logs

Hey - Yeah I'd need something in to predict embers before they're generated to get around that. Can't imagine that would be very easy to work out accurately.

Can you post a full, unedited log file please? Disabling AoE should stop it casting on other mobs in the raid. If that's not happening I'll need to find and fix it. Cheers

Issue is with drain soul cancel cast. Just pushed a fix for this.

It's not all about settings. Talent builds, gems/enchants, minimizing movement in raids etc all plays a big part in it. Feel free to post a log file and I'll have a look through your config to see if there's anything obvious that should be changed.

Leave AoE enabled, but turn the 'High AoE Unit Count' number up. It'll start using SoC when the number of units around your target goes over that value. Setting that to an unrealistic number (i.e. 99) will stop SoC casting. SimulationCraft recommend >4 for that. I'd go with ~6-8.

- [Affliction] Fixed cancel cast -> drain soul from spam cancel/recasting.
- [Affliction] Increased delay duration for UA to prevent double casting.
- Will no longer Shadowfury boss units.
- [Destruction] Burning embers value is now using API again rather than lua after the latest HB update. Will reduce lag.
- Fixed detection of units with Mark of Doom.
- Added new PvP trinkets to aura list.
