[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

ive got to test it more but im pretty sure it was soul swapping more often when I turned down min inhale time to 2 seconds.

i'm sure u'll need to attach a complete log not only snippets, maybe your config is wrong, maybe it is teamviewer running in the background, or this and that ... not that easy from some line of a more than 100 lines long log
 
Hello, i am using the premium version and got a question. When i come to klaxxi and it's time to cc i disable Aoe with a hotkey. But when it's in singel target mode it still sometimes cast rain of fire. I know before there was an alternative to disable RoF, but can't find it now. Is there another way to realy disable it.
 
I have no idea how warlocks work these days, but I guess as affliction it should use more than corruption as dots? Currently it's just using corruption and then malefic grasping (atleast that's what it looks like?)
 
This is an amazing routine. For those who still bot, I had previously used it on a warlock with under 500 gearscore and hit 128K dps in a 25Man raid.
 
Destro dps stuck

Hi, i am playing destro and have 570 + gear at the moment. It seems my dps is getting stuck the past few weeks. Ran my character through sim craft and its underperforming by about 100k dps. Also the 1 million opener is failing bigtime, can only push sub 500 k + doomG and in theory should be doing 1 million. Tested single target on a dummy but no luck improving it. Added a log to see if something is up. I am using the premium version.

I'm only guessing since there was no long attached, but it sounds like you might have switched specs without closing and reopening HB. When you change your specs, you MUST close HB completely, then reopen it after you have changed to your new spec. It has to rebuild the spellbook to match your spec. If you don't do this, it will only cast a few spells instead of using the appropriate rotation for your spec. This is just a guess though.
 
Hi millz,

I use aff on The Fallen Protectors, but aff dps is so slower than desto only 595.4k, My ilvl is 585. At the beginning of the fighting, the dps is so high almost has 1m, but At last the cr only cast adots on boss dont cast any other skills and dps decrease very much.

, put on singlar profile and is fine , so i know it not me wow playing up, its also done this with mortal coil, i know it aint me hb as my other chars and there profiles are fine

It casts MG when it isn't soul swapping (i.e. not enough units to soul swap, aoe disabled, or burst enabled). It won't fear immune units (the DR tracker takes care of that). Affliction isn't about killing blows, its damage done.

Also log shows MG cast but havnt seen one, seems like bot pauses again 2-3 secs and has a 0.1 sec MG cast,

When aoe is enabled it only swaps, pressing mf makes 5-6 times soc spam.

When aoe disabled it casts MG, why only at aoe disabled then? since im only on 4 targets, theres time to use MG no?

All in all affliction is still not pvp and then more not arena worthy?

Like someone said in another thread, rbg is more forgiving, but in arena your being watched.

Tried random bg

Fears targets with dr, and even when fear all healing / cd's is ticked, it fears every 2-3 casts.

Cant believe every 2-3 casts someone pops cd's or is a healer. with 3 around.

mf does nothing at all. so no soc also.

seems only thing thats working atm is swapping and shadowfury.

Fear -> You've got it set to fear everyone down to half DR duration. It'll fear a hell of a lot with those settings.

MF being active will cast SoC to try and get 2x SoC active and then soul swap. If your target already has dots active it'll not be able to get 2x SoC's cast (and as such appear to just spam SoC). In a real pvp situation you need to be switching targets onto something that has no DoTs ticking. Believe the routine will automatically try to do this, but dont have the code handy at the moment.

It will constantly Soul Swap to ensure all dots are on all targets with a high ticking duration (you don't want low dots on a target for them to then run behind a pillar). When AoE is disabled, or burst enabled, it'll start MG'ing the current target. Idea is to burn them down when HP is low.

Depends on your RoF settings on the destruction tab - need a log to see what's going on, but check your settings first.

Simulationcraft won't give you accurate results without editing the scripts first. A quick look at your settings (i.e. AoE being disabled so Havoc can't be used) is an obvious gimping for Demonic to compare it.

Webhond - do you have framelock enabled? This sounds ilke what happens for me when HB can't keep up with the framerate.

Everyone - I purchased the paid version yesterday. And my dps went up like 100k/s. I'm at 550 ilvl. The paid version is much more optimized than the free one, which I didn't expect as the free one seemed to work pretty well.
 
Hey there playing Destruction and using the pre pot macro and sparkluggs opener and for some reason my dps is really low on burst , any tips ?
 
Any chance to see "save embers" switch in some of next versions? Like to build up embers and save them for burst when needed.

It does essentially do this already. It pools them for trinket procs (i.e. when you can do higher burst) or when it can finish people off with shadowburn.
 
milz is there any way i can go in on and remove mobs that it blacklists? like parasites on klaxi descreated weapons? or other boss 2 dot in klaxi . dps is slow low when not padding at this stage of soo


on parasites we dont eat them persay we just aoe them or cleave them down .
