Anyone care explain the DoTManager settings? English is not my native language and I have a hard time getting the settings right, I've tried aff in PvP but seems to be having big pauses.. and I can almost say it's cuz I have the wrong settings

Try the default PvP settings file

affliction seems to be still very buggy but i believe its being worked on. Ive tried it also and its not as effective as destro, ive no clue how demon is yet ive not tried it but im guessing its probaly as buggy as affliction. Destro seems to work great so i just stick with it, its a shame though cause id like to see if the other two specs could get my rating higher.

Prolly still me. But im still having problems.

Beginning to believe it must be me, since i got weird errors on monk special edition as well.

Not working optimal that is.

I still see 4 x soc spam when popping MF and it isnt being swapped. I still see the pause after 3x 0.1 sec casts of mg.

I reinstalled the bot from scratch, re downloaded all cr and uninstalled and reintalled the newest .net.

What elese can it be that bug here. Im using virt no addon. Even without em, it happens. So these addons are not
the culprit and are used by 90 % who pvps.

Went destro now to cap. Cant believe it, me.. destro.

Also, just wondering on top of getting a hotkey to toggle if you dps naz while in Def stance.. can we get a hotkey for special boss buttons..
example: its protectors and add drops and fixates on me, i can just mouseover my raidframe and look for designated person and hit my hotkey to pass anguish along.

Hotkey for Nazgrim isn't really needed - just open the GUI at the start of the fight, untick the box, and then when you want to DPS through just click save. It's not as easy as hotkeys - but hotkeys are a pain to implement

Can you not use a normal macro in game for the protectors stuff?

I'm getting destroyed on the meters (granted I'm about 10-12 ilvls lower than other locks) - but noticed in the worldoflogs each week, that incinerate is my top damage, while chaos bolt is miles behind...


Am I missing something?

I have it saved to load every time with my profile settings - unless I'm misunderstanding how this all works. I see the aura list tab showing values every time I load my xml file.

Affy on protectors

I can't complain wit affy much cause its doing a lot more than I would do by hand, but having issue with couple things.

1. died cause it wouldnt let me target someone to pass off the anguish to, but will fix that with macro

2. During desperate measures, it doesn't do anything to them embodied outside the bubble. I will even target them myself to dot them up, and all the CC does is SS the bosses.

3. took few attempts on protectors to down em, but on the kill, my DPS was just over 500K... tho I did die about half way thro fight, my burst peaked at about 1.2M and was already down to under 700K
just, my Ilvl is like 578 and other affy locks blow me out of the water.

just make sure you customize it for what pet you want, or if you want to manually cast spell lock - you uncheck all the pet boxes on the right.


Shivarra is good for arena, so i have a profile for arena and a profile for RBG.

Yeah with both Dest and Affli Not every fight, but the fights that warlock rock at, also spoils as affli, but does not really count, as i cannot see the other sides dps

While experimenting today I found a good way to make Destruction a bit more optimal for fights that abuse the Mannoroth's Fury talent (Heavy AoE fights, Immerseus specifically).

Go to the Advanced Tab and uncheck "RoF" for all entries (RoF is no longer needed to be checked for other auras) click "Add Entry" > Scroll to the bottom of the AuraList and rename "Enter Aura name" to "Mannoroth's Fury", set the AuraID as "108508" and tick "RoF" under this new entry. Now in the destruction settings, tick "RoF Everything in Range (Procs - Advanced Tab). This will force Demonic to maximize the extra damage that rain of fire is supplied with while using MF.

Could use it for any fight that has extensive AoE, but there's not many Full on AoE fights that don't have extensive movement or single target demands besides Immerseus/possibly spoils if your guild pulls a ton of boxes.
