Millz, are you focused pve on your all CRs? Cuz demonic is not good at arena anymore(portal also). Droped 1.7k from 1.9k with same setup same people...

Absolutely not. It's PvP and PvE. Not sure where the PvE only thing started from. I PvP more than I PvE (I haven't stepped in a raid instance for weeks).

Stating that it's "not good at arena anymore" doesn't really narrow down what the issues are you're seeing. If there's something specific causing problems then shout up and I can take a look.

i got you millz. What looks like is happening is when the add goes to 0% it changes its id

One other thing i notice on General Nazgrim sometimes it will just stop working during the add phases and it wont work again untill another set of adds comes up.

Okay that explains a lot. So I've got these 2 ID's to blacklist then:

72828, // Nameless Windwalker Spirit
72810, // Wise Mistweaver Spirit

Chances are these aren't the only 2 units, so will need the log files for units which it shouldn't be casting on.

Just updated Demonic, re-loaded the aura list and my settings..
now i keep getting spammed by;

It won't attack at all :S

No idea why it does this. It's registering that the key combo is being pressed for hotkeys to fear the target, but restarting your PC will fix it (an actual restart, not shutdown -> startup).

Comp is me+rogue and me+rogue+druid heals. tried affliction in 3s but seems like we burn em faster with me in destro.....just looking for recomendations......from someone more exp in pvp

Its kinda sad, and prolly a lot of work Millz.

But if you feel its the only way to "correct" Affli, I will gladly donate more for all the work needed. I use it only for PvP, and i would love to see this rocking.

Think I've fixed affliction!

It still has minor issues, but works much, much better than it did.

- [Affliction] Found issue with inhaling bad DoTs. Should now be running MUCH better. Also resolved some fps issues.
- [Destruction] Immolate now has a higher priority than Chaos Bolt / Shadowburn when it's about to expire.

Uhh, Millz? I don't know what you did in this last update, but my DPS has dropped about 20-30k. I'm using the same raid settings as I've always used, but now instead of getting about 150k dps, sustained, I'm only reaching 120-130k sustained. I'd revert to the previous revision, but I don't know what the previous revision number was. I'll get you a log shortly, but I'm really not liking what's happening in this revision with the DPS. I can't even spike up to 270k with AoE anymore. D:

Update to the latest version, it's less bugged than the one you're using.

yeah the big issue isnt so much inhaling as it is not casting haunt/MG/DS when targets are killable(~40%, 20% DS)

going to run a quick dps test between your paid and richies pro version, basically those will tell if its ready or not, however another thing that ive noticed, is could you input a setting to not dot healers? in case of running HLS the hunter cant wyvern or trap due to dots breaking them/scatter

difference between richies and yours are: yours(100% of the time, tested on 85 training dummies due to my hit rating set for pvp only) 80k dps, richies CR with multidot on, 97k dps, richies with BGownage mode(prioritizes multidot over single target) 130k(and still rising as i write this, i didnt clear recount but i had his maxed out at around 160k dps yesterday) dps

Yours seems to have a much slower inhale/exhale logic than his, as well as you have to specifically retarget things it seems to continue to have them multidotted(not sure if just on training dummies or...), so basically the multidot logic and the inhale/exhale logic needs to have a few tweaks, otherwise in general your cr is far superior in terms of interface, options, and usability(as well as the ability to be any spec).

Not dotting a healer sort of defeats the point of being affliction. Affliction is good when it can hit lots of units, because it can spread the dots out and do major AoE pressure. You DoT the healer up too so they need to spam heal themselves.

I need to adjust how the soul swapping works for PvP. It's doing what's being named the 'protectors trick'. The idea behind it is extending the duration of high powered DoTs (see: [GUIDE] Multi-dotting Affliction, One Button Victory! | Sparkuggz)

The same principal applies to PvP, however due to how trinkets work in PvE as compared to PvP, there's no need to delay soul swapping to complete the opening sequence (at which point DoTs are at full power). I know what needs to be changed, but need to fix one issue at a time
