Warden Check?

So, I've been running HB for about 20 - 45 mins and i all of a sudden get really laggy. Not a big deal, but then WoW and HB turn off - automatically. I then boot up WoW, log in, yada yada... and click HB (yes i have the newest version) and I get directed to a web page saying:

Warden Check in Progress - Please wait 15 mins before trying again.

Now, this is worrying me... is it a warden check that HB has seen(Bossland) OR is it an upcoming ban for me, did they catch me?

or adjust your windows clock 15 minutes further if you don't want to wait
