Title pretty much says it all. Let me to the moving and TL do the shooting.
 
Not really good idea. Because bot only using autoaim. If you can drive - you can move mouse over enemy tank. You dont need to press x (1 for arcane mages - xxx for shammys) buttons like in WoW. Bot shoots only by pressing LMB and RMB ^^

But the bot aims fast and precisely.
 
Lol. Did u ever played WoT?
It only press RMB and then game lock aim on target. It's not bot "precisely" it's game function. Bot doesnt search for any penetration zones. It just doing function "search target by type ---> press rmb ----> press lmb ----> repeat"
 
It can be very tricky to click some of these tanks on the go. It will be far easyer to have the bot select them for you.

Nope it wouldnt. Because to "click" them bot need to completely turn your screen. And it's really stupid if you want to look forward and bot turning your screen right/left/back etc. And you cant stop it even after it lock's on target. If you want to run bot by your hands - better play with autoaim yourself. It will be 2x times more efficient. And if you try to aim without locking - it will be alot more efficient. It's not honorbuddy, which have logic because of customclasses etc. Tankleader atm just simple "i can move, i can lock, i can shoot". Nothing else.

I think we get the point that you don't see the need for a LazyRaider option in TL, but others do. Calling them stupid does not really help.
 
As i said. It's stupid in current status of bot (which move/lock/shoot). When it will be improved (to at least he did not intercept mouse movements) and get another targeting system (with calculations of the possibility of penetration), then "lazytankman" will be an option. Currently it's not. It's not imho, it's reality.

It is still your opinion. The idea is interesting, and we will definitely look into this. Thanks for the suggestion. :)
 
Sometimes people dont know or forget that other people might be elderly, retired, disabled, parents with a child in their lap, or simply slow in the head to play games like "normal" people.

I fall into one or more of those things, and I know 4 other people that grabed the WoW bot since they love games to but had handicaps of use of one arm, cronic pain and cant focus on the game although they love it, and so on.

Long story short version is some people need these options and game designers dont consider their needs, this is where bots can help lvl the playing field.
 
I see what you're saying. I guess a good model for what you want would be 'Hold down Ctrl for auto aim'.

This is a pretty good idea that could really develop into something great that could expand the role of the bot.
