Well I have a feral druid that I want to make some gold with not heavily geared by any means ilvl 444 how should I make some gold?

GL on timeless with brodies coin farmer, you will hit those adds in the buildings and the spinny kick tied with pulling 5 mobs at once will kill your dreams. your best luck is a frog group and have others carry you to victory.

Dude you don't need a profile for Timeless, just get there do the first quests, download the Handy Notes timeless chests and open the chests, keep killing some rares, go Balance and join a frog farm and just tag the frog with your Moonfire, you'll get 50k coin in no time, then buy gears , 7500 per item and I'm sure you'll get a lot of gear just from frogs and chests.
And you just expect to earn like tons of gold with only 1 toon? feral druid? this is not the way it works. Level up atleast 2 more toons, 1 toon herbalism + mining put it on Gatherbuddy everytime you're free, skill up JC + Alchemy on the other one and send all your ores and Golden Lutos to it, prospect all the ores and make the best selling gems out there, like Keen Vermilion , Accurate Imperial etc , and transmute the green gems with your Golden Lotus to rare ones, I suggest only transmute Vermilion Onyx cause it's expensive. Skill up Inscription with your other toon, send all your herbs to this one and mill them all, create inks and then convert the uncommon ones to Mysterious Fortune Card, make shoulder enchants with the common ones. with only 8 hours farm you'll get more than 8k per day. you want more than that, farm more and get banned or buy more accounts and get banned again.

just go running Hall of Lightning Heavy Pull from Azyul. Don't need much equip and u'll get a lot gold for it. but don't try to run 24/7

After doing the Timeless Isle, it would be a good idea to go do the Dark Portal event quests in Blasted Lands, for a nice trinket and some 515 items. Look into the AH bot aswell if you dont want to run dungeons, with some research and clever setup it can net you a nice profit.
