Waiting to recover health even when rest set to 0

My bot is still giving me this after every mob:

[Singular] We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back

I have disabled the refreshment plugin and have set rest health and mana both to 0. Yet I still get this message.

To see if it would fix the problem I got, it never.

I fixed it by removing the .cs file from the Singular CC.

So you got the error no matter if the plugin is disabled or enabled?

Exactly.
I moved this CS out of the folder so it would no longer be used... "SingularRoutine.Rest.cs" That seemed to fix my problem, although it no longer rests, but my combat CC heals me anyway so I have no problems now.

I found one post who had the same issue although he never posted the fix, hopefully those who needed the fix will see this post and figure out a better way to do it
