waiting for object to appear to pick up quest from

So i saw i was disconnected due to afk so went to check what was going on, currently running the questing profile pack from the buddy store and now my toon is standing in sorrowmurk in the swam of sorrows and all i get is moving to type: QuesPickUp a bunch of times while in the bottom it states "waiting for object to appear to pick up quest from"

Already did everything what is said here https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/honorbuddy-guides/108771-help-desk.html#post1067458 but no succes.
