Waiting for NPC to show a quest cursor

Hello my bot seems to be stuck on a quest giver saying "Waiting for NPC to show a quest cursor" Level 70, stuck on the quest giver "Elder Muahit" waiting for a quest to appear which isn't appearing at all, so it just sits there. Shows everything at the bottom of the log
