Waiting 3 days to transfer key from lost email to current email

Hey there Buddies,

I am trying to get my account fixed with the supportservice but it's been 3 days and I am getting answers but when i answer your questions to solve my problem you guys do not respond any more.
Is it please possible to contact me just to switch my Buddyauth emailaddress since I can not log on to it and lost my buddyauth password also.

I haven't been using that emailaddress for YEARS so I have no idea how to retrieve my info.

+ I can not log into Buddy Store wich drives me MAD ! :D

Hi

I'm not defending the respons time, but I beleve the Buddy staff is extreemly overloaded due to release of HB 3
