Hey guys , i want to ask , i can create my own VPN in windows , so the question is that - THis is usable or not?
WHy should i buy vpn for 5$/month if i can create my own?? Pls tell what is better.

Creating your own VPN won't change your external IP. People use VPN's to change their external IP.
