virus ??? false positive?

trend micro titanium internet security.... is giving me a virus alert when trying to install the updated deamonbuddy 371. any reason this is? the last version did not do this. how to fix?

Pretty much every anti virus will flag it as a 'potential' threat, not an actual virus. But simply because it has the ability to update and change files once given the ok, which is how a lot of programs similar to DB work. But like tony said as long as you downloaded it here, its fine.
