Hello everyone:)

Im rather new to the forum and started using demonbuddy a few Days ago. At the moment i have only been able to use on of the profiles, the one that dosen't require any plugins etc. I have been trying for a really long time Reading guidies to understand how this works. I know there's a lot of smart and nice people out there any chance anyone could make a guide on youtube or so showing step by step how to get http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...rno-alkaizer-run-gnome-proof-unstuckable.html for example to work. I guess there are more people then me that's not "good" enough to get it to work, atleast i hope so:).

So if anyone have the knowledge and time i would be more then greeatful to see a video guide on the forum.
 
Download trinity and everything is working fine. You dont need anything more for a start.
 
I have downloaded it and i just extract the files into the demonbuddy plugin file and then i try to run the profile that i got in the routine folder but it never works any suggenstion there?
 
Probably going to need a little more then "it doesn't work" to diagnose a problem. Maybe some logs, any pop-ups, anything really.

Maybe even the profile you downloaded, which .xml file you started on, what combat routine you chose, etc.

So im trying to get this profile to work

called Tinnkaizer run. i just downloaded Trinity 1.7.2 and i put the Trinity folder into my demondubby plugins and then i extract the files in there. Then i download the xml file keeping it on my desktop. From there i just load the xml profile. And the response is usally something similair to "the Trinitymovetofile did not exist....

Also i tried Another profile that concluded several xml profiles in the folder instead of one. So i picked the first xml profile "start" but then the game just loads and nothing more happens so how do i get it to pick all the xml files in the downloaded profile and not just one?

hope that made any sense to you and big thanks for the response!

The folder name that should be just inside your plugins folder is "GilesTrinity". Unzipping the file directly in there won't work, you need to cut and paste the "GilesTrinity" folder inside that one into your plugins folder.

Also, only log into demonbuddy when you're in-game or at the character select screen. If you aren't logged in, it will give you errors.
 
Okey, i diden't do that Before so we're getting somewhere now:) i did what you said with the Trinity folder can't see anything on the plugins tab when i open the demonbuddy window don't know if iam supposed to tho.

Only downloaded the xml file no clue what the relogloader is. When i was in the start menu in d3 and loaded the profile i got this message:

Failed to load profile: Element TrinityMoveTo is not supported. Please check your XML and try again. (<TrinityMoveTo questId="101758" stepId="1" x="1140.686" y="732.1945" z="0.1000002" pathPrecision="10" navigation="True" unsafeRandomDistance="15" name="Arreat Core-01" />) Line 11
 
you are probably not using trinity probably that is why it says not supported
download the latest trinity plugin put it in your plugin folder . be sure to also download the trinity routine and put it under the Routine folder
In the DB plugin tab check trinity , click trinity and then config to customize things such us don't pickup blue items and whatever u may want
In settings > bot you can set the monster power . and you are all set

one last question tho. The profile i tried now only contains one xml file and that works fine. But some profiles have several xml files and you can only pick to load one wich means you only get a small part of the run. How do you load several xml files?

The xml labeled START_HERE loads them all. Between different authors, they're named slightly differently, but use common sense.
 
Haha i knew that comment whould come master-cirroj:) but for your information im 20, im just terrible at computers.
