Very low frame rate in BG's

Within about 15 seconds of starting the bot in BGs (happens all the time), there will be a permanent framerate drop in WoW which only resolves if I close WoW and open a fresh copy.

Update: It's Singular that's causing lag in BG's - Frost DK. Only during PVP combat does it lag
