very low fps and constant mini crashes

I'm having a problem with my bot, it will sometimes go very low fps when in certain areas or using the portal or when having lots of enemies.

I used to run only one bot and the low fps spikes werent really that much of a problem, but now I have 2 bots its really hurting my gph/items per hour. the sudden low fps most likely lead to a death, yes I already have background and foreground fps to 50+. It even came to the point when its more profitable to bot only 1 account than 2 cause of the bad fps it brings with it. I already configured d3prefs so it would look very shit.

and sometimes, specially when porting to another place, it will crash like (d3 is not responding) and it will be back again after 30 seconds, but when its porting to keep depths 1, it will crash for a long time and d3 will see it as an error and leave the game to rinse and repeat. most of the bad fps also happens at the start of core of arreat and in fields of slaughter. I also ran d3 with no DB and there were no problems, no low fps and no crashes.

here are my specs:

OS: windows 7 enterprise 32 bit
Intel Core 15 750
Memory: DDR3 4096 Mbytes
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6570

it's not running smoothly, and having 2 bots is producing me a negative at the moment. I really need help. I just bought this account =(

more info(TLDRish):
i run 2 diablo 3 clients by using the create shortcut method.
low fps only happens when in db, not very apparent when only using 1 bot, extremely
laggy with 2 bots.
background and foreground fps already set to 50+, also tested on 60 70 80 --- > max
d3prefs is already configured to make d3 look shit.
video card is already updated.
 
gonna run them at the same time again so i can upload logs.

I used the magi extended version profile.

at the start (core of arreat, there is spike lag at the beggining, then slowly goes stable. a little bit of spike bad fps here and there then once it goes to rakkis crossing to go straight towards fields of slaughter, the bad fps lag starts to turn
really bad until it clears the whole fields of slaughter and goes to the portal machine to go to keep depth 1, upon clicking the machine the screen will freeze for 3-10 seconds then it will be come available again. once its available
it will attempt to go to keep depths 1, however the lag at this point will become overwhelming that the diablo client will go to 'not responding' mode this will continue for 30seconds to 1 minute until it will finally port, but it is already too
late cause the bot got confused and it will log out, once it logs out another big spike of lag will come ahead and the bot will stop and will go on again after 1-2 minutes.
 
Same problem here. My D3 goes down to 2 fps sometimes and not responding. I have alot of D3 crashes

here's the new logs, no real improvement. still getting 1 fps at random times (most of the time when going rakkis crossing up to fields of slaughter)

when bot clears fields of slaughter, it will go to portal machine then before even the portal list appears it will lag so badly, and then attempt to port to keep depths 1. (client will go "not responding" mode) then db says profile is done and
leaving the game, im assuming reason why this happens cause of suddenly bad fps, loads too long that the bot detects it as done or something.
 
additional info: when both bots are running, not only the client lags but my whole pc as well.

I tried running both d3 client with no demon buddy bots, i tried going to the spots where there are massive lags, and trying to force a lag even (like, both porting at the same time and going to rakkis to field of slaughter and both going to
the portal to go to keep depths), there are no lags whatsoever, a slight decrease in fps like 5-10, but nothing really serious.


Could it be my pc? im planning to reformat it in 2-3 days to windows 7 64 bit, cause mine is currently 32bit and my ram is 4g, 32 bit only uses 3g of ram from what I hear so im wasting like 1 gig, btw ram is also not the problem cause im using iobit smart ram tools. im barely going 60-70% of ram usage. cpu usage is low even when both bots are lagging while using demonbuddy, could it be in my computer settings? i tried upping my computer's performance to high, ive also tried overclocking my video card, i also googled some "how to lower your fps" and turning off some stuff, there was really no change to everything that I did.
 
whats your background and foreground fps values?
