Very Easy Question for someone that knows

Hello, I'm using a profile and it asks me to Enable

"Mail Recipient" How would i go about doing that?

click 'advanced'
then fill in the 'mail recipient'

What Do i fill it in with? Do i type Enable

you fill it with your mail recipient (your alt or bank toon)
