Not so long ago, I noticed bots which uses same routes as GB's, but they don't use vertical flying up after harvest, and fly up not so high after harvest.

These features as for me makes bot looks like not soo bottish )))

I have a question for dev. team: Will you make same new features to navigation system of GB? cause so much time has passed since realese of GB, and no changes to nav.system of it was made. Wiil you change this bottish vertical flying up and high fly-up after haverst or not?

No - GB doesn't harvest if someone is near the node and no-one has ever been banned for vertical ascent as opposed to 45 degree ascent.

this topic has been beaten like a dead horse for the passed (almost) year... what gets you banned is usually a player report... so its better to have 2-3 80's farming on 1 acct rather than 1 80. yes, its extra time, but hey... it could be safer. I myself sometimes fly really, really high in SP so i dont have to dick with the mountains

Don't quote me, but I believe that the reason its flying that high is due to the way the profile was pathed... If it originally flew that high during the pathing of the profile, then it will fly that high every time. Imagine a invisible red line that it fallows just like children do in elementry school on there way to there classroom.

I'm not telling about 45 degree ascent, I saw some like human way of ascent after harvest. Just I know from my experience that all my friends and mates from guild detect GB bots by two things: 1. vertical ascent, 2.high fly-up - that's first step for report, in future it will can bring to perma ban.

Just want to know will be some changes to nav.system to lower detection of GB bot by other players or not ) Hawker gave a clear answer )

P.S. Any how... thx for yours answers and information )

There is a standart height at which bot will fly up after harvest, than bot will goes higher or lower - this depends on what height profile was made.

make your own profile with shorter liftoff :)

you can fix this by your profile creation... i made a profile where my flyer pretty much skirts the ground within a few yards so there is no high flying. But most of mine i go high to avoid the trees and other obsticles. I was PM'd a few times in the past asking if i was a bot, luckly it was when i was near the comp and i just told them no i like flying up so i don't have to stoop the level of trash like them... it usually gets a good laugh :)

Think its like 100 something up... I only really notice it when the toon gets done with mining something. Herbs its more like the 45 degree take-off... but all my herbs/miners are druids so could just be the class.
