Vendor is blacklisted! Why?

I have a problem.
My toon can't repain when it stays in the building where is vendors, that sells items for honor points.
"Find vendors automatically is on! But he he whatever can't repair!

Clear your settings folder, and next time just post the txt file, not a zip

I can't post text file, becouse log is very big.
What i need to clean in Settings Folder? I must to delete all from there?

just enable this option

FindVendorsAutomatically: False
