Vehicle is not Moving

Hi all.
I use TankLeader for around 2 months. After 8.4 patch, I still can't use it properly. I've tried both 1.0.460.119 and 1.0.465.121. But I have the same problem with both versions.. Control Panel says "moving" but vehicle is not moving.. Last night ıt worked for a few hours but later I had the problem .. Is there any other version ? or Is there anything I can do ??

Btw , I am in EU server
