yes, but which quest and where are the quest givers exactly?

In timeless isle there is a quest that gives you 200 Valor but you need to do a few other quests before getting it and its once a week.
You can do Heroic Scenarios which gives the most amount of Valor more than Dungeons.
I think The Tillers quest also give you valor but very little something like 5 or so per quest but quests are extremely easy.
