Valor Point Farming with HB

As the subject says, what's the most efficient way to farm for Valor points using HB?

After I lost my account, it's been a long process to get Valor points to upgrade gear. Does anyone have any suggestions for farming VP?

i have three accounts and farm heroic scenarios. Usually takes 2-6 hours to valor cap them that way. Depends on the which ones you get.

That's what I'd like to do, but I only have 2 active accounts.
