valid instance of WoW to attach to

My HB says:

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.


I've been reading what to do on wiki, and everything it says i've done right.. What can i do?

make sure that you are on the latest version of Hb and that you are trying to run Hb as admin(right click on Hb exe and then run as admin)
log in wow with your char first and then run Hb
