Vaal skill use when available

I'm using aura SRS build with 3 Vaal aura, however the routine seems to be very picky when using Vaal skills.
My build relay a lot on consistent using of all aura when available, is there a way to have the routine to use the Vaal aura when ready?

The problem is that it doesn't activate Vaal skill even this is checked. Only use when it maybe encounter rare or unique mobs. I'm running low low SRS with blood magic, which causing energy not to recharge. My build reply on consistent using of Vaal discipline, grace.

is there a way to check the code?

I think this routine is bugged because all it does for more aura setup is spam a couple of auras, and the bot then determines its "stuck" and logs out, then it just loops.

Use Ouroboros. The settings aren't exactly "use when off cooldown", but it essentially uses the skills in that manner.
